      We currently provide free shipping across India. No separate shipping, delivery or courier fee is charged under our standard delivery policy.

      Our cookies are freshly prepared specifically for customer orders rather than being pre-prepared and stored for sale. Customers should ensure that all order details, customisation requirements and delivery information are correct before preparation begins.

      If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the package/product and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the photographs and verifying the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit or another suitable resolution.
