      Our cookies are handmade and prepared fresh for orders. Products may contain ingredients including wheat, dairy, nuts and other ingredients depending on the selected flavour. Customers should carefully review product information and communicate any allergy or dietary requirements before ordering.

    • 3. Orders

      Orders can be placed through our website. Customers may use guest checkout and are not required to create an account. Once an order is placed, preparation is scheduled specifically for that order.

    • 4. Customisation

      We offer customisation options including flavours, quantity, boxes, tins, gift messages, and specific ingredient requirements. Customers should communicate all customisation requests before preparation begins.

    • 5. Pricing and Payment

      All prices displayed on the website are subject to applicable taxes. Our standard payment arrangement is 50% advance payment and 50% payable at the time of delivery. Payments are processed securely via providers including Razorpay.

    • 6. Cancellation

      Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before order preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be accepted. Applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of request.

    • 7. Delivery

      We deliver across India within 5–7 days after order placement, subject to preparation and courier conditions. We currently provide standard shipping without separate delivery fees.

    • 8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

      If an order arrives damaged or has issues, clear photographs must be sent within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we may offer replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

    • 9. Product Preference

      Because our items are handmade perishable food products, refunds or returns are not provided simply due to personal taste preference after delivery.

    • 10. Intellectual Property

      All website content—including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and descriptions—is owned by Butterlicious Cookies and may not be reused without permission.
